Vata imbalance can be treated in ayurveda using certain herbal ingredients like for instance praval pisti, ashwagandha, arjuna etc. Another reason of toxin accumulation can be due to body’s inability to remove the unwanted toxins from the body which is due to digestion issues. These toxins may get accumulated in weak joints to cause inflammation and stiffness in long run.
